Emerald Nails was born in 2016 when Lily Chen, a certified nail artist with a decade of experience in luxury salons across Seattle and Vancouver, decided it was time to build the salon she'd always imagined — one where quality and care weren't competing priorities.
Growing up, Lily watched her mother save up for salon visits that never quite met her expectations. The products weren't clean, the technicians were rushed, and the experience felt transactional. Lily built Emerald Nails as a direct answer to that — a place where every single client feels seen, heard, and genuinely taken care of.
Today, Emerald Nails is home to seven licensed nail artists, a full menu of luxury services, and a client community that's become one of Seattle's most loyal.
